Q. Are the party tables decorated?
A. We suppply the plates, utensils, cups and party hats. You are more than welcome to bring your own party supplies and decorate as you like. Bringing your own party decorations will not decrease your party charge.
Q. Is there seating for adults?
A. We will provide seating for all participating guests. We do set other scheduled parties a few hours in advance so we are sure to have enough table space for the next scheduled party. If there are extra tables around the restaurant you are more than welcome to use them.
Q. Is there a deposit required?
A. Yes, we require a $50 deposit.
Q. Do you supply the cake or can we bring our own?
A. We do allow you to bring in a cake of your liking.
Q. Can you store my leftover cake?
A. Yes! We would be more than happy to box any leftovers and store them in our refrigerator until your party is over. If you have not claimed your cake by the closing time of the village, your left over cake will be thrown out.
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
A. No. Outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into PGN Fun VIllage. Cake is the only exception. We also sell 1/2 gallons of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Q. Do we eat or play first?
A. The table time is scheduled for the beginning of your party. The PGN Party Host are responsible for taking care of your party during your table time. Your PGN Party Host will ask you when you want to eat. They will also put the wrist bands on the kids at the beginning and give them their tokens so they will be free to go and play while you are waiting for the food and drink.
Q. Can I order additional food?
A. Yes, you can order anything from the food menu, just notify your PGN Party Host. On the weekend, pizza orders must be placed A.S.A.P due to the high amount of parties with additional guests.
Q. What is the minimum number of guests?
A. You must pay for at least the required anount of guests to participate in the package you would like to purchase.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We ONLY accept cash. At this time, we do not accept personal checks or credit cards. Although, our policy can change. Please ask the representative when booking your party if credit card payment is available at that time.
Q. Do you have any weekly specials?
A. Check out this website for other specials. You can also sign up for email offers to get special offers.
Q. What is your policy for bad weather conditions?
A. In the event that management makes the decision to close an attraction due to inclement weather, we do not give back money. We ask for your patience, and usually it will pass quickly. As soon as it is safe we will re-open the attraction.
